Hicham Abu Baker, A Jordanian guy who has visited more than 15 countries in Europe, Africa, and East Asia, touring local coffee roasters and houses and spending hundreds of hours tasting specialty coffees and experiencing different coffee cultures. Then he decided to establish a state of art specialty coffee roasters  in Jordan, that competes with international brands. His roaster is one of a kind, proudly 100% made with passion in Jordan.

Early 2015 he has established his first branch in Amman, starting with a very good campaign over different social media platforms by sharing a very attractive contents for coffee lovers also by engaging his staff in using social media tools such as Snapchat/ instagram stories to promote their passion in making a fresh roasted coffee that can be prepared through different methods.

At Dimitri’s, they take pride in roasting their beans according to the finest and most premium artisan standards. This ensures each cup completely reflects the inherent flavors and aromas of our coffee beans, sourced from top-notch coffee farms all around the world.

Lessons for Others

They say all great things come to be because someone dared to ask, “Why?”

Dimitri’s Coffee is working now on their third shop and hisham is buliding his second roaster.
