Unlike many traditional manufacturing companies who struggle with effective social media communication, Cummins, a Fortune 500 tech giant, knows how to make the most of social media to engage with its employees.

Employee engagement on social media is all about creating an online community to share messages, the key to engage with employees is to interact with personal touch.
Cummins launched “All Access” program, which shares employee recognition and career development success on social media, #WorkingRight gives employees opportunities to shares their visions and feedbacks with each other and the company.
At work and after work, Cummins always get you covered. As a diesel engine manufacturer, what could be more existing than its engineer Roger England showed up at Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, and finished 12.42-mile course with 156 turns. In a recent episode of Dirt Every Day, a Cummins-powered Jeep drove under 12 feet of water. How were employees and families engaged?
