Social media 101: Don’t insult your customers

Social networking sites can be a great tool for companies to connect with their customers in a way that is new to many of us.

Unfortunately many companies fail to see the long lasting negative effect it can have with their customers as well. Nestle was not the first and won’t be the last company to make a mistake on their facebook page.







Should a company set rules with their customers on social media sites? OR Is freedom of speech what it’s all about? We think the jury is still out.
