Lessons for others:
There appears to be some skepticism in the Supply Chain community about using Social Media as a tool (http://blogs.gartner.com/matthew-davis/2010/10/04/social-media-to-improve-supply-chain/ ) but here is an excellent example of how elements of the Supply Chain are embracing one of those Social Media tools and bringing buyers and suppliers together in a more efficient manner.
